As marketing director for International Expeditions, a part of the TUI AG group of companies, he led the brand’s marketing and e-commerce effort. TUI operates in 180 countries with 31 source markets and over 30 million customers. Grasse managed the overall internet marketing and advertising for Regent Seven Seas Cruises prior to its acquisition by Norwegian Cruise Lines. He then managed CRM for Norwegian Cruise Line and development processes for NCL.com.

Grasse’s expertise focuses on business process management with an emphasis on authoring, documenting, and managing business requirements, quality control of web-based solutions, and internet marketing and e-commerce development.
